It would put things out of the part 103/ultralight category so you would need to register as experimental and get a license.

I believe the highest elevation flying in the states is Nick in Idaho and i think he is about the same elevation as you, hopefully he can chime in. I know Lukas from Fusioncopter has been up to at least 8000ft with no issues. I would recommend fuel injection at your elevation and summer DA.

I tried many different variations and it boils down to the 4th bolt, that is the one where the blade needs to be around 6ft in height for holes to align, the first 3 bolts you can do with the end on the ground with something soft underneath. Taking blades off, first bolt is the hardest and last 3 pretty easy.

In order to try and figure out how this happened to try and prevent future incidents, I asked Igor more questions and after more thought this is what he thinks happened: He believes after he started up FlyFocus and the engine when he was putting on his seat belt he remembered reaching up to get the right side harness on he recalls hitting the safety string/rope to the on switch and that caused the power switch to go into the off position. Keep this in mind when putting on your safety harness. I might consider moving the safety string/rope to above the switch but for me attending shows it needs to be removable easily, will give it some thought.

I bought a helmet that has the PTT built into the ear cup and the helmet has standard cables that plug into basically any handheld radio, i am using an icom a6. I am waiting for a storage bag i had made that fits between the seat and stick and that is where i will put radio.

They were hand made. If you have a tent rental place they usually have heavy duty sewing machine they can add the webing. You can buy boat tie down straps for the .ain part.
